Apply now to join our team of Senior Care Workers to help improve the lives of both vulnerable elderly and children in their own homes.

As a Senior Care Worker, you will be providing  personal care, building relationships, and making a big difference to those who need it whilst gaining great job satisfaction. It also involve live in care service

LOTS OF HOURS AVAILABLE!

Areas covered:  (Surrey, Croydon, Mitcahm, Greenwich,Sutton etc…)

At Elite Care Specialist Ltd, we offer our Care workers the following

  • £10.42 per hour – £11.80 per hour depending on experience and skills
  • Enhanced rates of pay for bank holidays
  • Excellent training for Care Certificate & ongoing professional development
  • 28 days annual leave (pro rata)
  • Monthly payroll
  • Full-time and Part-time roles available!

Duties will include:

  • Routinely oversees and monitors care workers and home carers
  • Takes responsibility for the shift and for the service while on duty
  • Responds to emergencies and provides guidance and support to care workers
  • Assists and enables service users to dress, undress, wash, use the toilet and bathe
  • Serves meals to service users at table or in bed, assists with feeding if required
  • Generally assists with service users overall comfort and well being
  • Provides interest and activities to stimulate and engage the service user
  • Helps with daily activities such as letter writing, paying bills, collecting benefits
  • Undertakes light cleaning and domestic duties including meal preparation as required
  • Monitors service users conditions by taking temperature, pulse, respiration and weight.
  • Contributes to record keeping and liaises with professional staff in carrying out care plans etc

We are looking for Senior Care Workers to join us who are:

  • 100% committed to helping improve the quality of life of vulnerable people
  • Some flexibility as you will be supporting people in their own homes
  • Authorised to work in the UK – sometimes depending on your needs and commitment we may provide sponsorship
  • Minimum availability is 20 hours, with as many hours as you’re available to do.

Schedule:

  • 10 hour shift
  • 12 hour shift
  • 8 hour shift
  • Day shift
  • Weekday / Weekend( Every other weekend)
  • Weekend only
  • Weekday only
  • Live-in Shifts

Full support will be given to you in your role from the very beginning ensuring you are fully trained, competent, and confident to deliver outstanding care.
